A warm, inviting community for seniors age 62 and over, Eventide’s Living Center promotes an active, independent lifestyle, with the conveniences and amenities that make every day just a little easier. The Living Center is a federally subsidized, 46-unit apartment complex, featuring one-bedroom floor plans. Here you’ll find affordable senior housing with indoor access to all of Eventide’s Main Street amenities.

Eligibility requirements:

Those interested in the Living Center must meet the age requirement and income guidelines, complete a preliminary application, be able to live independently, and pass a criminal background check. Eligible applicants who qualify for housing assistance will pay 30% of their adjusted monthly income for rent. The remainder is paid by HUD.
