Eventide at Fairmont - Memory Care

Garden Square is a special neighborhood within Eventide at Fairmont, providing personalized care for those with early Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

Residents live as independently as possible in a secure, home-like environment, gathering for meals and activities in Garden Square’s dining room. Staff provide individualized care, responding to the unique needs of each of our residents. Eventide strives to promote a sense of community among the residents of Garden Square, and families are encouraged to be involved in the daily lives of their loved ones.

Ability-centered programming is provided throughout the day, including physical, spiritual, social and recreational opportunities. Garden Square features private and companion suites. Residents are able to bring in their own furniture and personal items to create a space that truly feels like home.

The Monthly fee includes:

Three delicious meals daily, served in our dining room

Cable Television
Weekly housekeeping, including bed linen service
24-hour staff
Fully-secure building
Therapeutic recreation program with engaging activities
Emergency response system
Laundry facilities

Personal wellness for each resident is our focus at Fairmont. Licensed nurses and experienced service staff monitor health and provide individualized attention, providing peace of mind for residents and their families. Personal care services are available, including medication management, bathing assistance, and other activities of daily living. An individual care plan is developed for each resident, and each person pays only for the services needed.
