Eventide at Sheyenne Crossings - Memory Care

A special neighborhood within our Shyenne Crossings community, Prairie Square is designed to support the needs of those in the early stages of memory loss. Residents live as independently as possible in a secure, home-like environment, gathering for meals in Prairie Square’s Dining Room.

Ability-centered activity programming is provided throughout the day, including physical, spiritual, social and recreational opportunities designed to enhance the lives of our residents. A secure patio and garden courtyard provides access for residents to enjoy time outdoors. Our staff are dedicated to providing individualized care, and get to know each resident as a unique individual. Eventide strives to promotes a sense of community among the residents of Prairie Square, and we encourage family interaction and involvement in your loved one’s daily life.

Prairie Square features 24 private suites with full bathrooms. Residents are able to bring in their own furnishings and personal items to create a space that truly becomes their home. Memory cases next to each suite entry can be decorated with individual keepsakes and memorabilia.

Additional health services are available for the safety and wellness of your loved one. An assessment will be conducted prior to move-in, and regularly after, to establish a plan of care for each individual. As changes occur in the resident’s needs, our staff will communicate with the family and modify the plan as needed.
