Today, we are proud to expand our services at Sheyenne Crossings with the addition of our brand new Care Center, which includes Skilled Nursing and Transitional Care. You’ll feel the warmth and hospitality of Sheyenne Crossings Care Center as soon as you enter the doors. Sheyenne Crossings provides the best of both worlds: the highest standard of nursing care with a new standard of personal comfort.

With 66 beds, we are large enough to provide comprehensive nursing care and therapeutic services, but small enough to create a personal, home-like atmosphere. Our multi-disciplinary team of professionals work closely together to ensure comfort, security, meaningful activity, and genuine, one-on-one caring for every resident, every day.
